Return Process
- 1.Submit a Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or report a damaged plant.
- 2.Document Condition
For live plants, please upload a clear photo of the plant and its packaging so our horticultural experts can assess its health.
- 3.Pack with Care
If returning non-living home goods, place the items back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
- 4.Ship or Receive Refund
Use the provided prepaid shipping label for hard goods, or wait for your replacement plant to be processed and shipped directly to your door.
